Challenge: Gather a private bank staff for seasonal parties, celebrating the exponential success of the company, thanks to employees’ dedicated work.

LIVE response: Design and production of 2 unique seasonal events. The party themes were carefully selected to make the staff feel like superstars, with one event featuring a Cinema-inspired décor, while the summer party embraced the season with a charming countryside atmosphere.

For this project, LIVE created an immersive concept where guests could fully experience the world of cinema. The venue was divided into themed spaces inspired by key cinematographic elements, including Hollywood, behind-the-scenes, the Oscars, and musicals. Each room offered a unique take on cinema for guests to enjoy.

To celebrate the summer season, the private bank hosted an elegant yet playful & relaxed evening for colleagues. The venue came alive with friendly pétanque and badminton tournaments, while LIVE Teams curated a bubbly, inviting ambiance. Soft hues, freshly cut flowers, and long tables set the stage for shared moments, fostering conversation and a sense of togetherness under the warm summer skies.
